THE DETAILS BEHIND THE SHEETS

About PosterSheet

One image, an ordinary printer, and a little room to think bigger.

What is PosterSheet?

PosterSheet is a free online tool that turns one image into a printable, multi-page poster. Choose a picture, set your paper size and grid, then download a PDF to print, trim, and assemble. It is designed for people making wall art, classroom displays, event signs, and other projects with a home or office printer.

You do not need an account, subscription, or specialist design software. The tool has no export watermark. Optional page labels, trim marks, and an assembly guide help you put the sheets together.

How the tool works

Your selected JPG, PNG, or WebP image is processed in your browser. The preview and PDF are created on your device; the image is not uploaded to PosterSheet. You can choose A4, US Letter, A3, or custom paper, set rows and columns, or enter the final poster dimensions.

The Photo Splitter offers ready-made grid presets. Our multi-page printing guide explains paper settings, margins, overlap, and assembly. For planning, see the poster size chart and A4 vs Letter comparison.

What to expect from a print

PosterSheet divides your existing image into printable sections. Enlarging a small image does not add detail, and the final result depends on the original resolution, your paper, and your printer. The preview helps you inspect the layout before using ink and paper.

Print at Actual Size or 100%, with one PDF page per sheet. Check a test sheet before printing the entire poster, especially when exact measurements matter. PosterSheet provides the PDF; it does not print or ship physical products.

Who maintains PosterSheet?

The PosterSheet site operator maintains the tool and its printing guides. Questions, corrections, accessibility feedback, and privacy requests can be sent directly to weihz5138@gmail.com. The Contact page explains which details help us investigate a problem.

Our guides focus on the features available in the tool and practical printing steps. We check paper dimensions, layout calculations, and PDF output as part of development. A browser preview cannot confirm the behavior of every physical printer, so we welcome corrections and reports of unexpected results.

Privacy and responsible use

No account is required, and the site does not display ads. We use Google Analytics to understand website visits and improve the service. Analytics, hosting requests, and messages you choose to email are separate from local image processing; the Privacy Policy explains those details. Please use pictures you own or have permission to reproduce, and read the Terms of Use.
