Describe what you expected to happen and what happened instead. These details help us reproduce the issue:
- The page URL, your browser, and your device or operating system.
- The paper size, grid or poster dimensions, margin, and overlap settings you used.
- The image format and approximate dimensions, plus any error message.
- For printing problems, the PDF viewer, printer model, and print scaling setting.
You do not need to send your original photo. If a screenshot helps, remove private details first. The tool processes images locally, so we cannot look up a selected image or recover an exported PDF from our servers.
For common problems, start with the printing and assembly guide. Incorrect print scaling or a mismatch between the selected and loaded paper size can change the result.
Corrections, accessibility, and suggestions
Include the affected URL and the text or feature you are referring to. For an accessibility issue, tell us which task was difficult and, if relevant, which assistive technology you used. Please share a source when suggesting a factual correction to a printing guide.
Privacy or copyright concerns
Use “Privacy request” or “Copyright concern” in your subject line and describe the request. For a copyright concern about content on this website, include the page URL, identify the original work, and explain your relationship to the rights holder. Do not send passwords, identity documents, or other sensitive information in an initial email.
